Appmindful Limited and its affiliates (“Appmindful”, “us”, “our” or “we”) are dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our users (“users” or “you”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information, that you provide, or we collect in connection with our mobile applications (“Application”) including Twisted Roads, our websites and provided related services (together “Services”).
Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by Appmindful through your use of the Application or Services. Appmindful is not responsible for the actions of third-party people or companies, the content of their applications or web sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer, including any advertisement displayed in the context of the Application or Services.

Any information you provide us directly is collected for a specific purpose and with your explicit consent. When the information is collected you will be informed about the scope of the usage of the collected information. The collected information is not used for any other purpose than what is described at collection time.
When you use the Application we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, media access control address (“MAC”), international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), information about the way you use the Application, and your location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends.
We may also collect automated reports about software errors (“crashes” and other misbehaviour of software components), including reasonable amount of information about the circumstances of the error, the properties and current state of your mobile device/computer and your software usage prior to the detected error.
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
We and our marketing and outsourcing partners, affiliates, or analytics service providers shall share your information with third-parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose Automatically Collected Information:
If Appmindful Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
Our Application may contain third-party tracking tools from our service providers, examples of which include Google Services and Google Firebase Analytics. Such third-parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our Application to enable them to collect and analyse user information on our behalf. The third-parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, language preference, geo-location information, and IP address for the purpose of providing their services under their respective privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the use of tracking tools from third-parties. We do not have access or control over these third-parties.

We work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks using Google AdMob service, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the cost of the Application low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. These third-parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your post code), and other non-precise location information in order to help analyse and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere.

There are multiple opt-out options for users of this Application to opt-out from targeted advertisement:
Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Opt-out from the use of information to serve targeted advertising by advertisers and/or third-party network advertisers: you may at any time opt-out from targeted advertisement by specifying your preference at Google ads settings page: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences.
We will retain User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information for up to 24 months.
We may store Automatically Collected Information in aggregate beyond 24 months.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child and you would prefer to allow your child using the Application then please consider opting-out from advertisement content as explained under section “Opt-out”.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
We may occasionally send you push notifications through our Application to send you game updates, special offers and other Services related notifications that may be of importance to you. You may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our web site or by publishing updates to our Application. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using identifying a computer/mobile device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information. We store information on servers located in the United States and may store information on servers and equipment in other countries. If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.
